Julie took her time with both our dogs, one who is very nervous and the other who had a bad experience at the vet making her nervous of having her nails trimmed. Took our terribly anxious cocker spaniel,bramble along for a well needed grooming. Julie made us feel welcome and at ease and discussed what she was going to do. Her facilities were fantastic, and the service very personal and friendly. She kept me up to date once finished and bramble was comfortable and cared for when I arrived with her lovely new bandana. Julie advised what she had done and on aftercare and I don’t know what products she used but bramble left soft and shiny and smelling amazing, so much so our other little dog wouldn’t leave her alone once she came home. So he was impressed lol that was a real stamp of approval. As for price, cheaper than I thought and worth every penny. We will definitely be a repeat customer. As for her anxiety, bramble left a happy little lady.

Julie definitely had her work cut out for her with Miss Murphy (Newfoundland) if Miss Murphy does not want to do something she won’t🤦‍♀️she was very matted in bits as she is walked in woods and will not let me brush her for long.
